Terms of Service
This is a summary of my T.o.S., but you can read the full document here.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following conditions and understand that this is a digital artwork commission, hence no physical copy will be provided.
I only draw human/humanoid characters.
I'm open to NSFW, but it depends on the request.
NO fetish, porn or gore.
Payment only through Paypal and upfront in full; can be split if the total price is above €150.
Discounts may be available if you order a certain amount of items (check full T.o.S.).
Up to 3 revisions available in the sketching phase (for sprites and CGs).
Turnaround time depends on the request and will be discussed privately with the commissioner.
The final producs can only be used on non-commercial projects.
In case of commercial projects, the commissioner will have to pay at least 200% of the original price to purchase a Commercial licence.
The commissioner can share the artwork on any social media, but has to tag me or, where not possible, provide a link to one of my accounts.
The commissioner has to credit me anywhere in their game.
It’s possible to ask me to not publish your commission anywhere for a certain time, but you need to let me know beforehand.
Preferabily, the commission agreement will be done via e-mail and once the commissioner has accepted the price, we can move on to discord, as it is easier to chat and send sketches.

Prices will be displayed in EUR (€) and may vary based on complexity and tight deadlines.

CHARACTER SPRITES
The standard package includes:
1 pose
1 hairstyle
6 expressions
1 outfit
Price:
| 95€ full body | 75€ half body |
Possible additions:
+50% per outfit
+30-50% per pose*
+20% per hairstyle
+10% per expression
*the pose may be free of charge if the change is minimal
I can also design your character for you but it will cost around 100€ more.
UI DESIGN
The standard package includes:
Title screen, save/load screens, settings screen, backlog screen, CG gallery screen
Textbox with buttons
Choice buttons
Yes/No window
optional: quick menu
Price:

No coding will be provided by me.
Extremely complex designs may require additional fees.
If you also require a logo, please ask me first.
Assets will be delivered in a 1920x1080 psd file but I can do other resolutions if requested.
CG ART
Price:
| Can vary greatly depending on the request, but it starts at 60€ |
In particular, these can increase the price:
Complex/detailed background
Complex character design
Full body characters (at least a +20% fee)
Additional characters (+50% fee each)
If the backgrounds are too complex I may reject your request.
But as long has your background artist as already finished the backgrounds, I can use them as reference.
I am also open to collaborate with them on CGs, which will result in a 20% discount.
